Shipping costs are displayed at the time of ordering, after entering your data, before payment.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment and the destination address.

Every detail of packaging is taken care of to avoid breakage: all goods are placed on wooden pallets, where they are then locked so as to avoid any movement during transport, the corners are protected by polystyrene and bubble wrap and everything is then wrapped in Cellophane.

The material is unloaded by the roadside at the chosen destination address, either by hand or by tail lift in the case of very heavy loads.

The courier will contact you on the mobile phone number you enter when placing the order, to arrange with you the day of delivery of the goods.

In the event that the material arrives at the delivery address defective, we ask you to affix your signature with reservation to the courier upon unloading, so that the parts can be replaced immediately.
